Vehicles located by America's Auto Choice according to our vehicle order form can be turned down before the time of sale for the following conditions:
- Salvage Title
- Reconditioned Title
- Frame Damage

- Flood Damage
- Odometer Discrepancy
| We do not knowingly purchase vehicles with any of the above conditions. Any and all of these conditions must be announced to us before the purchase of the vehicle. If we purchase a vehicle and find any one or combination of the conditions above, we may turn down the vehicle. You have the same right, and may exercise it before you purchase your vehicle from America's Auto Choice. If we do not make right on the below repair items, vehicles can also be turned down before the time of sale for the following conditions:
Engine, Transmission and Drive Train must be good within a $300.00 * outlay on any single item including:
- Engine Front Wheel Drive Components
- Rod, Block
- Rear End, Four Wheel Drive
- Oil Leaks
- Trans-axles
- Exhaust System

- Differential
- Crank Transmission
- Brake System
